Like I stated in the last paragraph, the majority of Young Living members aren't business builders, they are product users just looking for a wholesale price on the products they use every day.
You can work with family and friends - and get to meet new people all the time with the same purpose of helping others and teaching about a non-toxic lifestyle. There are many ways to do this, including social media, blogs, teaching simple intro classes to groups of 4-6 people at your home or at a coffee shop, having make & take classes where people get to try the oils themselves, etc.
I used them to make my own household cleaners, DIY beauty products, and so much more ( check out my tutorials and recipes on how to use essential oils here ). I found that I saved so much money by making my own products AND cut out toxic chemicals lurking in my home.
Some of the essential oil brands process their products with a higher heat and as a result their essential oils do not have all the properties plus may contain toxicants. Thank you for having courage to state your concerns and experience with YL oils. It does not matter how high-quality†they might be, it is not feasible to expect a decent income from promoting the products without in-depth marketing training.
I'm huge on using oils safely and learning from a place that isn't connected to any one company. People could see me looking and feeling happier, healthier and more radiant as a direct result of using Young Living essential oils and essential oil based products.
First off, essential oils may be common, but high quality essential oils are NOT common. Essential oils for massage therapy, aromatherapy, personal care, mind and emotion, targeted health, family health, nutrition, household use, yoga health, pet health or cleansing and weight management are used.
The regular person on the street does not give a damn about essential oils and even many people that understand their use would still not bring out the money to pay for it. It is important to know that Mr. Young is a firm believer in the healing power of herbs & essential oils.
For Young Living Essential Oils and Beautycounter, most of us independent distributors and consultants do not start the journey with Young Living sales in mind; however, passion is contagious. After using and loving the products, the business naturally followed. All that's required at Young Living is that you love the oils and let others know how they've helped you.
